Role Description This is a volunteer, hybrid role for a Community Manager based in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. The Community Manager will oversee community engagement, foster meaningful relationships, and ensure active participation across both digital platforms and in-person events. Responsibilities include planning and executing community events, moderating discussions, collaborating with partners, and implementing strategies to grow and nurture the Circle60 community. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and community-building skillsProficiency in digital tools and social media platforms for community managementEvent planning and coordination expertiseCollaboration and relationship management skills, including with diverse stakeholdersPassion for working with elder communities and creating impactful experiencesPrior experience in a similar role or volunteer-based environment is a plusFlexibility to work both remotely and on-site for events and meetings
