Cronos Labs accelerates or incubates selected applications in order to make Cronos as useful as possible to its users.About the RoleWe are looking for a Community Manager/Lead to drive the Cronos Ambassador Program, a strategic initiative to decentralize ecosystem growth through a global network of community leaders, creators, educators and builder advocates.As the Ambassador Program Lead, you will own the development, execution and growth of a tiered ambassador system, structured across multiple contribution tracks such as content, onboarding, community and campaign strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within Cronos to shape the program’s operations, scale regional chapters and empower ambassadors with the tools and incentives they need to thrive.This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about Web3 community building and ecosystem growth.Responsibilities:Design and manage community programs that drive user education, engagement, and ecosystem alignment — including (but not limited to) ambassador initiatives, online events, quests and mentorship tracksGrow and support regional communities by working with local leads, translators, and KOLs to build trusted, localized experiencesChampion community feedback loops by surfacing insights and sentiment from users, and translating those into actionable product or marketing recommendationsActivate and nurture power users by identifying and empowering community leaders, creators and advocates to take on more visible rolesCollaborate cross-functionally with the ecosystem, developer relations, and marketing teams to align on goals and co-create community-facing campaignsEnsure healthy and inclusive community spaces, with clear moderation practices, safety protocols and contributor recognition systemsTrack and analyze key community metrics, generate reports, and iterate on community strategies based on impact and feedbackRequirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.3+ years of experience in community management or similar roles within Web3Hands-on experience in using moderator tools across Discord, Telegram and ideally, Zealy or other similar questing platformsProven ability to design and execute contributor programs or ambassador tracks at scaleExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including moderation tone and escalation protocolsStrong project management and cross-functional coordination abilitiesDeep understanding of crypto culture
