Position: Community ManagerHello! We are GoIT, an innovative IT community and education platform. Graduate Communication & Employment TrackingConduct regular calls with graduates to collect up-to-date information about their employment or unemployment status. Keep detailed and accurate records in career dashboards.2. Career & Motivational SupportConduct career guidance or motivational calls for both current students and graduates to support their progress and engagement.Identify students who require additional support or motivation and provide them with tailored communication.3. Graduate Community Development and EngagementPrepare for the launch of a graduates’ community, including: Creating a content plan and engagement strategy.Warming up graduates for participation and involvement.Searching for and coordinating invited speakers for online or offline community events.Create bonus content for graduates, such as career tips, motivational materials, and professional development resources.Maintaining communication in a dedicated chat with Ambassadors (discussing potential ideas for implementation within the community and during their studies).Tracking active students in the main community and on LinkedIn, and recommending candidates for the Ambassador role.User-Generated Content (UGC) Activities and Loyalty Program (Developing and managing a community loyalty program).4. Social Media & Brand RepresentationHost and manage the LinkedIn page of the academy’s graduate community.Announcements of events, webinars, and guest sessions.Requirements:Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesTo have basic knowledge in reporting toolsEmpathy, active listening, and motivational communication style.Experience with social media management, particularly LinkedIn.Previous experience in education, customer support, HR, or community management is an advantage.Our offer:Opportunity to work with a team that is energetic, highly motivated and open to developmentFull time / remote working, Monday-FridayFixed salary in dollars Join our team and become part of the GoIT community!
