We’re looking for a Community Manager to strengthen our online presence and manage our digital strategies across multiple platforms.About the GroupInnovex Group brings together several leading Algerian brands:Innovex Algérie — Industrial equipment and handling solutionsInpak Emballage — Professional packaging and consumablesGravity Algérie — Custom hydraulic freight elevatorsMobix DZ — Ergonomic office chairs designed in AlgeriaTogether, we serve a wide range of B2B customers and professional audiences, combining innovation, performance, and communication excellence.Main MissionsSupervise and manage content published on our platforms: Website, Ouedkniss, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.Plan, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.Create and implement digital strategies to grow and improve our brands’ online visibility.Analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and provide reports on audience engagement.Collaborate with the graphic design and marketing team to ensure consistent and attractive content.Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.Interact with our online communities to build trust, engagement, and loyalty.Profile We’re Looking ForProven experience in Community Management or Digital Marketing.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn management tools.Knowledge or practice of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) is a plus.Creative, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills in French and Arabic (English is an advantage).Based in Algiers, available full-time on-site.How to ApplySend your CV + portfolio (if available) to:brahim@innovexalgerie.comSubject line: Community Manager ApplicationJoin a group that’s constantly innovating and shaping the future of industrial equipment, packaging, office furniture, and more.
