Role Description The Community Marketing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. Key responsibilities include planning and executing community engagement strategies, promoting Andalusia's healthcare services through various platforms, and building relationships to enhance brand awareness locally. The role involves working closely with internal teams, organizing events, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure key objectives are met. Qualifications Proficiency in community engagement, public relations, and event planningStrong marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and EnglishDemonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in developing marketing techniquesProven ability to analyze data and measure the success of marketing campaignsLeadership and team management capabilities to oversee and guide a marketing team effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredExperience in healthcare marketing or community engagement initiatives is an advantage
