Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Nurse located in Alberton. The Community Nurse will provide patient care, carry out nursing assessments, formulate care plans, and deliver palliative care. Responsibilities also include administering medication, managing symptoms, offering emotional support to patients and families, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications Skills in Patient Care, Nursing Assessments, and Care PlanningExperience in Palliative Care and Symptom ManagementProficiency in Administering Medication and Medical TreatmentsAbility to Provide Emotional Support to Patients and FamiliesStrong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsAbility to Work Collaboratively with a Multidisciplinary TeamRegistered Nurse with a valid professional nursing qualification and registrationPrevious experience in hospice or palliative care settings is a plusEmpathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
