Community Staff Nurse - Adult Nursing Services

We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.The shift pattern for this post is Monday/Sunday 5/7 including backshiftsCommunity nurse within Glasgow District nursing services, will be required to carry out clinical interventions/provide health care to patients within their homes or residential settings . you will assist The District nurse in the management of a Broad range of clinical duties including managing long term conditions, wound care , end of life care , administering medications and offering health advice .
