Our team has grown 200% in the last year, and with so much more ahead, we’re just getting started.Learn more at www.nsave.com.📍 Location: Bangladesh🧾 Engagement Type: Freelance / Independent ContractorAbout the RoleAs a Community Support Contractor at nsave, you’ll provide community management and issue-resolution services for our user base in Bangladesh. Acting as the frontline voice of our users, you’ll manage community conversations, resolve issues, and deliver timely, empathetic support across social and community platforms.You’ll collaborate with Growth Leads and internal teams as needed to ensure effective issue resolution, while operating independently and delivering agreed service outcomes.This role is critical to maintaining nsave’s reputation for responsiveness and reliability in high-need environments.Who You AreCommunity-focused and empathetic: You care deeply about user experience and take pride in resolving issues clearly and professionally.Strong communicator: Comfortable engaging with users across social media and community platforms in a friendly, brand-appropriate tone.Reliable and responsive: Able to manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining high-quality responses.Independent problem-solver: Confident handling issues autonomously and escalating appropriately when required.Organised and accountable: You track issues, follow up consistently, and ensure closure.Collaborative by nature: Comfortable coordinating with Growth Leads and internal stakeholders when necessary.Mission-aligned: Motivated by nsave’s goal of serving financially excluded communities.How You’ll Make a DifferenceProvide community management services: Monitor and respond to community conversations and social media inquiries on behalf of nsave.Deliver timely issue resolution: Meet agreed service-level outcomes, including a target initial response time of 1 hour and resolving 90%+ of issues within 24 hours.Represent the user voice: Ensure users feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the resolution process.Coordinate as needed: Work with growth, operations, and product teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.Maintain trust and tone: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and consistently in all public interactions.Surface insights: Identify recurring issues and share feedback to support improvements in processes and user experience.nsave ValuesAlongside strong community support skills, we look for people whose values align with ours:Service – “Mission First”: We prioritise users and impact.Urgency – “Stay focused.
