Bfriendz — a growing app is looking for a Community & Support Manager to join our team.The app has officially launched, user activity is growing, and we’re preparing for a larger marketing push.We now need someone who will help us keep the community safe, supported, and engaged.This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the quality of user experience.What You Will DoModeration & SafetyReview invites, profiles, and reported contentQuickly remove inappropriate or unsafe contentMonitor app activity and escalate issues when neededMaintain a safe and respectful environment for usersDetect patterns, spam, or abuseShare user insights with the product and development teamContribute to how the community develops as we growCustomer SupportRespond to user questions via email and in-app supportProvide clear and helpful answersIdentify recurring issues and share insights with the teamHelp update templates, FAQs, and support processesYou Are a Good Fit IfYou are responsible, organised, and fast to reactYou have strong communication skills (English required; Russian is a plus)You have experience with ExcelYou can work independently and manage your time wellYou are comfortable working remotelyYou care about user experience and safetyYou have prior experience in support & moderation rolesLocation & Legal RequirementsYou are based in CyprusRemote (most of the time)Standard schedule: 10:00–19:00 Cyprus timeYou must be legally allowed to work in CyprusNo visa sponsorship or relocation support is providedWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryFully remote role (no office required)Work directly with the founderYour work has immediate impact on thousands of usersOpportunity to grow into a broader community or operations role as the team expandsJoin early and contribute to building something meaningful
