You will work closely with the Head of the BI Department to co-own and drive data pipelines, reporting processes, and business intelligence dashboards. This role is critical for ensuring high data quality, accurate regulatory reporting, and insightful business analysis across the company.You will be responsible for integrating data from multiple sources (including APIs), supporting the design of efficient ETL workflows, creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, and delivering key data insights to stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, primarily for PostgreSQL databases.Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau.Integrate and consolidate data from internal systems and external APIs.Retrieve and process data from REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, and JSON parsing.Support the automation of reporting processes (basic scripting with Python or Bash where needed).Assist with regulatory and management reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Monitor data quality and perform validations.Document workflows and maintain structured internal documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Compliance, and Finance.Must-haveQualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in a data analysis, BI, or reporting role.Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.Strong SQL skills, preferably in PostgreSQL.Solid understanding of working with APIs, including GET/POST requests, authentication, pagination, and JSON data handling.Basic proficiency in Python or Bash (especially for data manipulation or API calls).Strong Excel capabilities.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.Effective communication skills and strong documentation habits.Nice-to-haveExperience in a financial or regulated industry.Exposure to dashboard performance optimization.Understanding of compliance and regulatory reporting.What We Value🔹Ownership: You take initiative, follow through, and make things happen.🔹Attention to Detail: You ensure data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.🔹Collaboration: You work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.🔹Curiosity & Growth Mindset: You enjoy exploring data and improving processes.🔹Professionalism: You work with discretion, clarity, and structure.What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.Private medical insurance from day one.Provident Fund participation from day one, with employer contribution up to 5% after six months of employment.Coverage of 50% of commuting expenses (for employees living outside of Limassol).Opportunities for professional learning and growth (in-house and external trainings).Sports activities.Team events and company-sponsored corporate activities.A dynamic, positive, and friendly work environment with strong team bonding.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour schedule between 08:00 – 19:00How to Apply: Via our Carrer Page: https://www.colmexpro.com/careers/We Are Hiring — Not for Perfect.
