Company Lawyer

Main responsibilities:Represent Newcom LLC and its subsidiaries in all legal matters, including proceedings before courts and relevant authoritiesProvide strategic legal advice and full-spectrum legal services across the Newcom Group.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure compliance with Mongolian laws and corporate policies.Liaise with government agencies, external counsel, and partner organizations on behalf of the company.Manage and oversee legal disputes and represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and administrative processesQualifications:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.Successful completion of the national bar examination is advantage.In-depth knowledge of corporate, contract, labor, and civil law.Minimum of 3 years of professional legal experience.Strong command of EnglishExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics.Proficient in standard office software and legal research tools.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.We offer:Private health and accident insuranceConveniently located office and a flexible working schedule that support work-life balance.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
