This is a remote position.Responsibilities:● Deliver to or pick up from specific people or locations such as banks, auditor, law firmsor government institutions (BIR, SEC, local municipality, etc.) specific documents asadvised by the Finance department● Perform payment on behalf of the company● Support Finance in ensuring that original vendor invoices and ORs are tax compliant● Provide Central Team (Finance/HR/Admin/IT) working remotely assistance in onsitephotocopy, scanning documents and other business requests RequirementsRequirements:● Must have completed at least a 2 years course and graduated● Need to live near BGC, ideally Taguig, Pasig, Pateros or Makati area (Hybrid setup, 3times a week in office)● Perfect English is a must● 5 years experience in a relevant admin function for a US company● Must be reliable and trustworthy, and discreet● Great organization and communication skills ● Ability to prioritize and work as part of a team ● Familiarity with popular messaging apps: Viber / Teams/ Outlook● Must follow work business hours Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM
