Job DescriptionProvide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness, injury, or emergency.Maintain and update health records, medical logs, and incident reports in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular health assessments, medical evaluations, and assist in pre-employment medical processing.Promote health and wellness programs, workplace safety, and employee education initiatives.Coordinate with HR and safety officers on occupational health standards, compliance, and reporting (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing; must be a Registered Nurse with an active PRC license.Preferably with BOSH Training (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) accredited by DOLE.At least 1–2 years of experience as a company or clinical nurse; experience in an industrial setting is a plus.Knowledgeable in occupational health standards, emergency response, and government health regulations.Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
