The Country Representative will be responsible for representing Aviason in their designated region by fostering professional relationships, managing client engagement, identifying business development opportunities, coordinating local operations, and ensuring alignment with organisational strategies and goals. The role also involves maintaining compliance with local regulations, supporting aviation training initiatives, and enhancing Aviason's visibility within the aviation sector.QualificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in business development and client relationship managementKnowledge of the aviation industry and relevant local regulationsProject management and organisational skillsFluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are an advantageLeadership abilities and experience in managing teamsAviation training or a related certification is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field
