Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid WorkingMy client, a highly regarded commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join their team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing a dedicated company secretarial function within the firm, centralising existing activities across multiple legal teams and supporting new business growth.The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Aviation Team and a diverse portfolio of clients, gaining exposure to a wide range of sectors.
