The Company Secretary will be responsible for overseeing corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining statutory records among others for clients. Responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas and minutes, advising on legal responsibilities in accordance with the Companies Act, managing company filings with SSM, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The role will also involve providing strategic guidance to the management team on corporate governance practices.QualificationsExpertise in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Secretarial PracticesStrong Organizational, Time Management, and Documentation Management skillsExcellent Communication, Interpersonal Relations, and Advisory skillsProficiency in Technology and familiarity with digital tools for managing governance tasksQualified Company Secretary with MAISCAExperience in coordinating board meetings and maintaining statutory recordsAttention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to ethical standards
