Adecco’s client, a global organization operating within a highly structured and fast-paced environment, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to drive compensation strategy and governance across multiple countries within the region. This role is ideal for a compensation-focused HR professional who can analyze market data, provide insights to support decision-making, and guide HRBPs and business leaders on reward structures and pay positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Advisory & StrategyPartner with HRBPs and Business Managers to understand workforce plans and provide data-driven recommendations on compensation frameworks.Lead participation in annual compensation surveys and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive market positioning.Support job architecture initiatives, including job mapping, leveling, and salary structure alignment across jurisdictions.Review internal equity and external competitiveness, providing advisory during salary reviews, promotions, and workforce planning cycles.C&B Governance & Market IntelligenceInterpret corporate reward mechanisms and adapt guidance to suit local market practices while ensuring alignment with global standards.Conduct continuous market research on compensation trends and evolving reward practices to support policy refinement.Provide advisory support on mobility and benefits-related matters in coordination with regional HR stakeholders.Stakeholder EngagementServe as a compensation subject matter expert, advising HRBPs and line leaders on pay positioning, benchmarking insights, and compensation governance.Liaise with external consulting partners and survey vendors to maintain updated market intelligence and compensation data frameworks.Requirements5–9 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits within an MNC or structured corporate environment.Proven experience in salary benchmarking, compensation survey management, and job structure mapping.Strong analytical ability with confidence in advising and guiding HRBPs and business leaders rather than performing operational C&B processing.Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and provide direction.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline.Fluent in English; exposure to working across regional markets or multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
