Job Description

Steelmet Corporate Services provides services to Viohalco Companies aiming to support them and drive best practices across all our business segments. We offer a comprehensive range of corporate services, and we work closely with all Viohalco companies to develop tailored corporate solutions, streamline operations, and offer services that are consistent, reliable and focused on results.We are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in co-shaping our reward strategy, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation practices, and enhancing employee engagement through meaningful benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze total rewards data across local and international markets.Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards teams across Viohalco Companies to align compensation frameworks.Co-design pay structures that support strategic business objectives.Develop communication strategies to promote understanding and engagement around compensation and benefits.Lead the execution of annual compensation and benefits processes with accuracy and timeliness.Contribute to the review and renewal of benefits programs.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Conduct audits and present insights to senior leadership.Support job evaluation and organizational structure analysis.Participate in HR initiatives related to Total Rewards, Wellbeing, and Diversity.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing benefits-related data.Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Strong presentation and active listening capabilities.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package.Comprehensive medical care program.Company-sponsored pension plan.A collaborative and motivating work environment.Opportunities for professional growth within a leading Group of Companies.#STEELMET S.A.All candidates can apply to this job by clicking here.
