Compensation & Benefits SpecialistAeolon Technology Co., Ltd – Nador, Oriental, Morocco (On-site)We Are Hiring: Compensation & Benefits Specialist (C&B)📍 Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco | Manufacturing Industry | Renewable EnergyAeolon Renewable Energy Morocco is recruiting a Payroll & Compensation & Benefits Specialist (C&B) to support HR operations and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll, C&B processes, and HR reporting within a large industrial environment.This position plays a key role in ensuring HR data reliability, compliance with Moroccan labor and social regulations, and the delivery of high-quality HR reporting.🎯 Position ObjectiveTo ensure the full execution of all Payroll & Compensation & Benefits activities accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.🧩 Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare the monthly employee entry and exit report for the previous monthAccurately report month-end headcount and update the organizational chartHandle compensation-related matters, performance evaluations, and related HR inquiries within deadlinesParticipate in the implementation of compensation and benefits policy adjustmentsManage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including final settlements, payroll processing, and attendance follow-upPrepare and analyze HR statistical reportsConduct monthly labor cost analysis (salary charges, etc.) and maintain updated employee databasesPrepare monthly payroll reports, ensure timely salary payments, and complete CNSS declarationsPerform any other tasks assigned by management🎓 Profile RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, Accounting, or a related fieldExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in Payroll & Compensation & Benefits and attendance managementExperience in large companies (500+ employees)Mandatory experience in an industrial environment (manufacturing, chemical industry, or similar sectors)🛠️ Skills & Technical CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Moroccan labor law, HR policies, and social regulationsSolid understanding of payroll and compensation & benefits processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFluent in English (Chinese is a plus)Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset🧠 Behavioral CompetenciesResults-orientedDetail-oriented and rigorousTeam playerComfortable with numbers, analysis, and reporting
