Responsibility:Handling and managing the payroll process, including BPJS Health & BPJS Employment contributions. Salary Structure reviewing & update C& B policy review Employee database update Employee contract managementC&B administration Supporting HR initiative program /ProjectRequirements:Knowledge & experience of payroll up to 300 employeeKnowledge BPJSTaxation pph 21,Familiar with payrol software , Excel (pivot, formulas). Contract management . Strong data analysis, detail oriented. Good communication skills.
