The Competition Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on competition law matters, including antitrust compliance, merger control, and competition litigation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal opinions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in regulatory proceedings, and providing strategic guidance related to enforcement actions. The role requires working closely with a diverse client base across industries, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored legal solutions.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of competition law, antitrust regulations, and merger control processesStrong legal research, drafting, and analytical skillsExperience in regulatory proceedings, competition litigation, and enforcement-related mattersExcellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skillsFluency in English; additional language skills are an advantageAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaborativelyLicensed to practice law in Israel; international legal qualifications are a plusRelevant experience in a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel in the competition law field
