Our client, a top tier law firm, requires a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Competition & Regulation team. The team is centrally involved in most of the high profile merger control, competition and regulatory law cases affecting the Irish market, is consistently ranked in the top tier of competition advisers in Ireland. Total Package: Up to €90kDuties: In this role you will have the opportunity to work on complex and novel legal matters for our market-leading roster of international and domestic clients, advising across the following areas:Merger control under the EU and Irish merger control rules;Foreign direct investment screening;Antitrust investigations;State aid and foreign subsidies regulation;Public procurement law; andEconomic and sectoral regulation, including telecommunications, broadcasting, postal services, energy and transport (aviation, bus and rail).The Candidate Strong academic track record,Experienced in competition law and are keen to further develop your skills in this specialist area.
