Compliance Analyst – Supply Chain & ProcurementCompliance Analyst – Project & Cost ControlCompliance Analyst – Commercial & ContractsCompliance Analyst – IT Systems & Data ControlDepartment: Compliance / Governance / Internal AuditLocation: Cairo - EgyptReports to: Compliance Manager / Head of ComplianceJob Purpose:The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations, processes, and activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and industry standards. The role supports the design, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and contributes to building a strong compliance culture across the organization.Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance Monitoring & ReportingConduct regular compliance audits and reviews across business units to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.Monitor compliance risks and escalate any potential violations or gaps to the Compliance Manager.Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.Track corrective actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.2. Policy & Procedure ManagementAssist in developing, updating, and implementing compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.Ensure employees’ awareness of new policies, changes, and compliance obligations.Participate in compliance reviews of contracts, agreements, and operational documents.3. Risk Assessment & Internal ControlsIdentify compliance risks across operational and financial processes.Support the development of risk mitigation plans and internal control enhancements.Maintain the compliance risk register and ensure ongoing updates.4. Regulatory Compliance & GovernanceEnsure the company is aligned with all relevant local regulations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.Monitor regulatory updates and communicate implications to the business units.Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.5. Training & AwarenessAssist in planning and delivering compliance training programs for employees.Foster a culture of ethics, transparency, and accountability.Develop awareness materials such as compliance newsletters, alerts, and guides.6. Investigation SupportSupport investigations related to compliance breaches, misconduct, or operational irregularities.Document findings, evidence, and recommendations.7. Data Integrity & Systems ComplianceMonitor data accuracy and compliance within internal systems and platforms.Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection protocols.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Governance (depending on level).Experience in regulated industries (construction, healthcare, infrastructure, financial services, etc.) is an advantage.Knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance standards, and risk assessment methodologies.Strong understanding of internal controls, policies, and SOP development.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong ethical values and commitment to corporate governance.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and compliance systems/software.Preferred Certifications (optional):CIA, CCSA, CRMA, CCEP, CAMS, ISO Compliance Certifications, or similar.
