Job DescriptionThis position involves providing critical support and insights to ensure that the organization's Total Rewards strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's goals and values and stimulate engagement and motivation for performance.ResponsibilitiesCompensation Analysis and ManagementConduct detailed compensation analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of the company's pay structures.Maintain and update the company's job classification system and salary structures.Participate in salary surveys to collect data on prevailing pay rates and practices.Analyze market compensation data to make informed recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation actions.Benefits AdministrationAnalyze employee benefits programs, -including health insurance, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits- across locations.Conduct regular reviews of benefits offerings to ensure they meet the needs of employees and are cost-effective for the organization.Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs.Build recommendations based on internal analysis and market practices.Incentive and Rewards ProgramsAnalyze the effectiveness of existing incentive programs and suggest improvements.Monitor actual payout versus achievements and targetsBuild proposals of improvements in line with markets practices and company strategyData Analysis and ReportingPrepare and present reports on compensation, benefits, and other reward programs to senior management.Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in total rewards programs.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis activities.Compliance and Policy ManagementEnsure all compensation and benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Maintain and update company policies related to total rewards to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or a related field.Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and compensation analysis tools.Skills and CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Digital savvyStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Personal AttributesIntegrity and ethical judgment.Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Autonomous in a remote working environmentProactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
