Pure Minds Media is a leading creative agency specializing in media production, videography, photography, color correction, GFX, event management, design, advertising, motion graphics, social media, audio production, content creation, TV commercials, equipment rental, studio operations, production management, and digital marketing.We are passionate about connecting creativity with strategy to deliver exceptional visual experiences.We are looking for a knowledgeable Human Resources Coordinator who will assist with recruitment processes, manage employee records, coordinate training and onboarding activities, and maintain smooth communication between staff and management.Responsibilities :Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.Support benefits administration and training programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Respond to employee inquiries and maintain positive employee relations.Assist in performance evaluations and HR projects.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).2-3 years of HR or administrative experience.Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Knowledge of HR software and labor laws.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Fluent in English.Proven experience in the GCC market.
