Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lugano for a Compliance and Continuity Associate within the Compliance & Continuity Department (CCD).The role supports the Globus family of brands by ensuring safe and compliant travel experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing supplier audits, monitoring health and safety standards, supporting incident investigations, and coordinating internal safety procedures and training. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and experience in risk management or compliance. Main ResponsibilitiesOverseeing supplier audits and ensure consistent Health & Safety standards across partners and office environments.Monitor hotel changes to verify safety compliance.Support investigations related to health and safety incidents.Contribute to the creation and review of internal guidelines and policies.Coordinate safety drills and emergency procedures in the office.Organize staff training sessions on first aid and evacuation protocols.Supervise the internal emergency response team. Requirements:Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages (IT, FR, DE, ES) are a plus Computer literate, with a willingness and ability to learn new applications and programs.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook.
