This program aims to build a strong pipeline of future full-time employees who are already aligned with our culture and expectations.In this role, you will support day-to-day compliance operations and documentation across internal projects, policies, and developing new procedures. Your core missions are{{{{:}}}} helping with our various license applications, participating in the automation of some of our key processes, maintaining a regulatory watch, harmonizing and updating policies, coordinating company-wide communications, and helping implement our internal control framework. You will also contribute to cross‑functional initiatives such as whistleblowing rollout, global trainings, reporting templates, committee minutes, and tool testing.Role Support our various license applications;Participate in the automation of some of our key processes;Prepare concise briefs for management and committees; ensure version control and proper formatting;Monitor relevant regulatory updates, summarize impacts and propose new policies and procedure updates;Draft and update policies, procedures and playbooks;Trainings, organize global compliance training, schedule sessions, track attendance/completion and update materials;Reporting templates, source and maintain standard templates for internal/regulatory reporting;Test compliance tools (e.g., screening/case management), create test scripts and log feedback. RequirementsBackground and experienceBachelor's or Master's in Law, Compliance, Finance, or related field. Familiarity with AML/CTF concepts, SAR/STR processes, policies/procedures, and internal controls. Prior internship in Compliance, Legal or Regulatory Operations is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Start Date, starting from February 2026What would be the Internship duration ? 6 months (full time on-site)Who is eligible ?
