ROLE & IMPACT 💥Partoo (+35 M€ ARR company with more than 350 amazing people) is a B2B SaaS scale-up that is committed to helping local businesses, large enterprises, or SMEs get closer to their customers through an all-in-one platform and various solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: being visible, being chosen, and acquiring new customers.Our goal as a FP&A team is to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making for C-level executives and shareholders while ensuring the company's financial sustainability.TEAM 💙We are actually a team of 3 people (Julien, Etienne and Mohammed) that need to be reinforced by a 4th member.As an Experienced FP&A Analyst, you will support the company’s financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy of actual financial data, analyzing & improving financial performance metrics, building forecast up to 3 years and challenge process efficiency.MISSIONS 🔥Financial closingBudget forecasting (P&L & Cash Flow)Variance analysis between Actual & ForecastFinancial simulations to enhance strategic decisionsMargin & performance analysis by market including SaaS KPIs (New acquisition, NRR, Churn)Margin by clients / productsImprove process efficiencyTransversal Business PartnerRequired Skills 🎯Master’s degree in Corporate Finance or similarA minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A or Business controllingStrong data-driven mindset and modeling skills (masterized Excel is essential)Highly rigorous, attention to detail and strong ability to handle several sources of dataAnalytical and synthesis skillsStrong understanding of accounting principlesAutonomous, proactive with an ability to prioritize effectivelyFast-paced driven environmentTeam player is a mustFrench is mandatory & fluency in English is requiredRECRUITMENT PROCESS 🛠️TA Interview with Adrien, Talent Acquisition Manager (45 min) Case study (3 hours at home)Head of FP&A (30 min case debrief & 1h interview) CFO Interview (45 min)We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
