Position: Compliance ManagerExperience Required: Minimum 3 yearsWorking Arrangement: HybridOffice Location: Alam Sutera, TangerangSalary: 9-14mioJob Description:Ensure company compliance with all relevant financial and payment system regulations.Ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant regulatory bodies (Bank Indonesia, PPATK, etc.) maintaining alignment with compliance requirements.Create, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures (SOPs), ensuring they align with current regulations and industry standards.Conduct regular compliance assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.Guide teams on compliance matters, with support for developing training materials to foster a strong compliance culture if needed.Implement Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes to verify customer and partner identities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Develop and manage systems to monitor transactions, identifying and reporting suspicious activities.Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of working experience as compliance.Must have experience working in financial services, financial technology (fintech), or banking.Strong understanding of Indonesian financial, payment, and fintech laws & regulations, including AML-CFT regulations and Bank Indonesia’s requirements.Experience handling regulatory submissions, inspections, and communication with authorities.Proven experience in developing and managing compliance programs, particularly around CDD, KYB, and AML-CFT.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, guiding them on compliance requirements.Relevant certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus.
