Software & AI Engineer

Are you a Software Engineer with hands-on AI engineering experience, looking to join a growing team developing next-generation GRC and contract lifecycle management solutions?Do you enjoy working across the full stack while also building AI features such as RAG, LLM-based automation, and multi-agent systems?Then the role of Software & AI Engineer could be an excellent opportunity for you!We are supporting a Swiss technology company in Luzern that is expanding its engineering team to develop new management software and AI-powered GRC solutions.In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, from concept to implementation. You will build frontend applications in React (TypeScript), backend services using C# (.NET / ASP.NET), and design AI PoCs integrating RAG, LLMs, and multi-agent systems.
