Job Summary:Due to an internal movement- we are hiring for a Compliance Manager reporting into Manager, Marton Factory. The role is responsible for upholding and promoting quality, compliance, food safety, and hygiene standards, as well as safety, health, and environmental practices within the site. Acting as the guardian of safety and compliance, the individual will ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and applicable legal regulations. This position involves actively challenging all functions to achieve a goal of zero injuries and defects, which is crucial for maintaining consumer trust and preference.A day in the Life:Develop quality competencies and awareness among employees and third parties.Ensure the Quality team is trained, motivated, and properly resourced.Provide ongoing training on quality, food safety, and compliance systems.Update quality and food safety programs in collaboration with other departments.Maintain the Nestlé Quality Management System and Operating Quality Manual.Ensure adherence to product quality standards and hygienic practices.Oversee the pest management program and laboratory operations.Monitor quality parameters using statistical process control for improvement.Manage customer complaints and nonconforming material discrepancies.Conduct internal audits for SHE and Quality, ensuring timely corrective actions.Ensure compliance with company policies and SHE-related legal requirements.Implement and maintain Factory SHE Management systems and ISO certification.Support management in achieving SHE objectives and promote awareness.Champion waste management and compliance with MPI Risk Management Program.What makes you successful:5+ years’ experience of quality assurance or SHE gained within a food manufacturing / production background QA or SHE Internal and Vendor Auditing experience Experience in new products introduction Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and principles Microbiological testing experience and knowledge, along with food technology and hygiene experience Proven record in managing quality assurance and/or SHE systems, including related ISO standards People management Benefits:You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.In addition, we offer:Varied career experiences and personalised development supportDiversity & Inclusion initiatives and programPaid parental and partner leavePurchase Leave SchemeDiscounted Nestlé productsNovated Leasing Our Story:Nestlé enjoys a reputation as one of the world’s largest FMCG companies and a leader in nutrition, health and wellness.
