Compliance Officer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Compliance Officer, located in Kabuga. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring regulatory compliance within the organization. Daily responsibilities include monitoring compliance processes, crafting and implementing policies, conducting internal assessments, and preparing reports. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external regulatory bodies will be vital for this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance processesStrong Analytical Skills to assess risks and ensure adherence to regulationsExcellent Communication skills for conveying compliance requirements and policiesBasic understanding of Finance and its relation to compliance practicesDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skillsRelevant experience in compliance or regulatory roles is an assetBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field
