Join us in shaping the future of XS and unlock your potential in an environment that values diversity, growth, and excellence.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain a robust Compliance Program in line with CMA regulations and best industry practices.Act as a key advisor to management by guiding the company on regulatory, compliance, and conduct-related matters.Monitor and assess the effective implementation of the Compliance Program across all business activities.Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory, AML/CFT, and conduct risks.Ensure ongoing compliance with local regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.Serve as a decision-maker on compliance-related matters, including escalations and regulatory interpretations.Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees to promote regulatory awareness and a strong compliance culture.Provide ongoing support and guidance to business teams to ensure compliance is embedded in daily operations.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance role.Previous compliance experience within a brokerage or financial services company.Strong knowledge of the FX / Brokerage industry, including client onboarding, AML/CFT and business arrangements related matters.In-depth knowledge of CMA local rules and regulations and applicable AML/CFT requirements.Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making.Our Offer:Competitive RemunerationWork within a global and fast-growing organizationFriendly, supportive, positive, and professional team of expertsMulticultural and diverse environment Full-time employmentCompetition allowancesFollow us on Social Media:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/xscomglobalFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/xscomglobalInstagram: https://instagram.com/xscomglobalIf you have a passion for Compliance, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, don't hesitate to apply today!
