Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for driving ethical business practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, learn continuously, and engage with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Compliance Monitoring & Testing:Conduct transactional testing and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.Support internal audits and compliance reviews, especially in sales and marketing functions.Risk Assessment & Mitigation:Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Support investigations and root cause analyses related to compliance breaches.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of compliance.Provide guidance and support on compliance-related queries and initiatives.Collaborate with cross functional team including Finance for resolution and support.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.Training and Communication:Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies across departmentsQualificationsIndustry Experience:Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred.Exposure to sales and marketing compliance, promotional review, or medical affairs is a plus.Functional Expertise:Experience in compliance, internal audit, forensic reviews, or transactional testing.Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive engagement.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Basic Qualifications:CA/CA Inter or equivalent expertiseBachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Law, or related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance or related functions.Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools/systems.
