BCforward is seeking a Compliance Specialist III – Conflict of Interest Analyst to work remote1Start/End Dates: 10/21/2025 - 10/20/2026Location: US - RemoteBusiness Operations - Compliance Specialist IIISeeking a Compliance Specialist III (Conflict of Interest Analyst) to support its Conflict of Interest (COI) Program Team within the Business Operations organization.The analyst will be responsible for managing COI requests from intake to resolution, ensuring compliance with internal risk management frameworks and company policies.This is a high-impact role that provides unique exposure to internal operations, leadership teams, and evolving industry compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and ensure completeness of COI intake forms submitted by business requesters.Reference risk-specific guidance to route and adjudicate requests appropriately.Provide frontline technical and procedural support to requesters and Conflicts Committee members.Manage COI cases end-to-end — including intake, assessment, documentation, and closure.Utilize internal and external tools for case tracking, data collection, and reporting.Support routine compliance reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership.Partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and Business Operations teams to identify and mitigate potential COI risks.Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)Legal or compliance background (paralegal, compliance analyst, or equivalent experience).Experience with compliance programs or adjudicating compliance-related requests (preferably COI cases).Strong risk assessment and management capabilities.Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and drive them forward to completion.Experience working with sensitive or confidential information.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)Paralegal experience or prior work in a corporate legal environment.Familiarity with COI management systems or compliance tracking tools.Experience supporting a Conflicts Committee or similar governance structure.Performance MetricsEfficiency in managing and resolving individual cases.Accuracy and completeness of case documentation.Responsiveness to stakeholders and adherence to SLAs.Contribution to process improvements and compliance insights.
