We are optimising corporate services, strengthening governance and enhancing performance by developing key talent and driving innovation throughout all business units.The PositionIn this role, you will lead the development and execution of compliance-related training and communication initiatives across our European organisation. You will be responsible for rolling out our Group Code of Conduct, designing engaging training programs, and driving awareness campaigns that promote ethical behaviour and support a strong compliance culture.Your work will ensure that our values and standards are clearly communicated and consistently understood throughout the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to deliver impactful content, foster engagement and measure effectiveness.This position is part of our Compliance Department and reports directly to the Regional Chief Compliance Officer of Toyota Industries Europe.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the roll-out of the Group Code of Conduct, including planning, communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a smooth implementation across the organisation.Develop, deliver and maintain training programs that reinforce compliance expectations and best practices, tailored to different audiences and formats.Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that promote compliance initiatives, strengthen understanding and drive engagement across the organisation.Lead targeted awareness initiatives that keep compliance top-of-mind and foster a culture of integrity.Coordinate internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency and impact in all compliance messaging.Your profile5+ years of experience in project management, corporate communications or compliance training.Proven track record in designing and implementing compliance-related training programs within international organisations.Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive topics.Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communications, Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.Our OfferThis position is based at our headquarters in Mjölby, with the option to work from our office in Stockholm.
