We are optimising corporate services, strengthening governance and enhancing performance by developing key talent and driving innovation throughout all business units.The PositionIn this role, you will take ownership of the internal investigations function across our European operations, ensuring that our whistleblower system is robust, responsive and aligned with our values and legal obligations. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability within the organization. Sensitive matters will be handled with the utmost professionalism and discretion, and your insights will help shape stronger compliance practices that support both ethical and operational goals.You will lead investigations, coordinate with key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in our compliance processes. Working closely with HR, Internal Audit and Legal, you will ensure that concerns are addressed thoroughly and fairly, and that learnings are translated into meaningful action.This position is part of our Compliance Department and reports directly to the Regional Chief Compliance Officer of Toyota Industries Europe.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee the European whistleblower function, ensuring structured intake, assessment and resolution of cases.Conduct internal investigations with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring objective and fair outcomes.Partner with HR and Internal Audit to coordinate responses and ensure consistent handling of sensitive matters.Translate investigation outcomes into actionable improvements, implementing corrective measures and strengthening internal processes.Develop and deliver training initiatives that promote awareness and foster a proactive compliance culture.Prepare and submit accurate, timely monthly reports to TICO, highlighting trends, findings, and recommendations.Provide expert compliance guidance across the European organisation, supporting alignment with the Toyoda Precepts, the TICO Code of Conduct and applicable legal standards.Your profile5+ years’ experience in internal investigations, compliance or legal risk management within international organisations.Proven experience in implementing whistleblower programs and associated communication strategies.Experience collaborating across departments and working independently, including with senior leadership.High ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential matters.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.University degree in Law, Business Administration, or another relevant field.Our OfferThis position is based at our headquarters in Mjölby, with the option to work from our office in Stockholm.
