Senior Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Consumables R&DLocation: San Clemente, CA (Hybrid)Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in FDA-regulated environments• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint• Knowledge of project management methodologies and design control concepts• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional teams and facilities• Must be at least 18 years old• Ability to travel up to 5%Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex enterprise projects within Consumables R&D for Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management business units• Define project scope, create detailed work plans, allocate resources, and develop schedules in collaboration with management and technical leads• Recruit, select, and manage project team members across multiple sites• Execute project plans, monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and adjust plans as necessary• Maintain detailed project documentation and communication with stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and Executives• Monitor budgets, financial compliance, and generate regular status reports• Evaluate project outcomes ensuring deliverables meet time, budget, and quality goals• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Medical, Supply Chain, and other departments• Handle special assignments as required
