About The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain. This is a new leadership role that will shape how we manage procurement, production logistics, and vendor partnerships.
You'll work closely with top management, product, and finance teams. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee procurement, delivery, and warehouse transfersSource and onboard new suppliers and logistics service providersLead contract negotiations with manufacturers and carriersEnsure product availability aligns with sales forecastsOwn documentation and compliance at all supply chain stagesOptimize costs across sourcing, warehousing, and shippingManage and mentor the logistics team and future sourcing staffCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Legal teamsWhat You'll Need to Succeed: Hard Skills:
Proven experience in supply chain planning (demand, MRP, production, or logistics)Track record of successful supplier sourcing and contract negotiationExperience with international logistics and customsStrong documentation and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas)Solid written business EnglishFamiliarity with ERP systems (1C, Odoo, SAP, or similar) - nice to have Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Remote Desktop - nice to have Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with strong executionExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environmentCollaborative, solutions-driven, and team-orientedWhat's in It for You:
