Job ResponsibilitiesManage day to day operations at the concierge counters and the Paragon Club loungeSupport the Marketing Communications team with various programmes, events and activitiesHandle all customer service and requests effectively and efficientlyPerform centre promotions-related activities such as gifts redemptions etc., using CRM systemsAssist and manage Paragon Club Lounge operations, members' feedback and requests with professionalism and discretionTo be well versed in the mall operations, loyalty program and have a comprehensive knowledge of the mall's offeringsMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of the mall's activities and related events or informationUphold service standards and brand values in every interactionCompetenciesPossesses minimally a GCE “O” Level certificate.1 year of experience in shopping mall, airline crew, hotel concierge or premium hospitality service is preferredAble to handle Mandarin speaking customersTeam playerExcellent communication skills, including strong command of English (both written and spoken).Excellent interpersonal skills with high grooming standards.Highly motivated and possess good initiative.Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Google Suite would be a strong advantage.Able to perform shifts and work on weekends and/or public holidays
