As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing world-class service and creating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests.Warmly welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their stayProvide expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites in Jeddah and the surrounding areasMake reservations and arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and entertainmentAnticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to exceed expectationsHandle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-upCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issuesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and servicesAssist with check-in and check-out procedures as neededManage and organize guest packages, deliveries, and correspondenceUphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all timesQualificationsMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Concierge in a luxury hospitality environmentExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quicklyFluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plusIn-depth knowledge of Jeddah's attractions, culture, and local servicesProven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to excellenceExperience in handling guest complaints and going above and beyond to meet guest needsFlexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekendsProficiency in hotel management software, preferably OPERA PMSValid Saudi Arabian work permit or eligibility to obtain oneWarm, friendly demeanor with a passion for customer serviceAbility to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situationsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
