At Brammibal's Donuts GmbH we're looking for Confectioners (m/f/d) to join our bakery production in Berlin Neukölln.Working at Brammibal'sBrammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015 by our two CEOs, Jessica and Bram. Today, we run nine locations in Berlin and five in Hamburg, serving our delicious vegan donuts and specialty coffee. Join us and help change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time. 🍩About The JobAs a Confectioner, you work in our Production Team in Neukölln (near S Sonnenallee / Köllnische Heide) to provide delicious donuts and other goods for our shops and customers. With a team of bakers, confectioners and production assistants, you decorate our fresh donuts every day. You make sure all donuts comply with our quality standards and leave our bakery on time to our shops all over Berlin.Your tasks will beGlaze, fill and decorate the donutsPrepare fresh glazes, fillings and toppings as neededKeep your own workplace clean and organized and help with all cleaning routinesSupport the baker and production assistant teams as neededAbout YouYou are a trained confectioner and/or have relevant experience in a professional kitchen - lateral entrants / career changers welcome!Availability to work early hours (between 4:00 am and 06:00 am), weekends and public holidays. You have an attention to detail and can produce food products with consistent quality.You love working in a team.Ability to work in a hot environment, lift heavy weights, walk, bend, use your hands and machinery.Rote Karte Health Certificate (you can still get this shortly before starting with us).
