Job Description

We are a Semi-Government Organization looking for a committed and action-oriented (Project Manager) to lead projects. The candidate will ensure that delivery is underpinned by a professional approach, ensuring that activity is delivered on schedule, to agreed quality standards, and within budget. The role will include line management responsibility, and the role holder will matrix manage project managers as part of the delivery. Role and Responsibilities: Work closely with client stakeholders and manage client relations through the project timeline. Analyze requirements and define the project's scope and objectives to ensure that they are technically feasible.

Perform financial management and budgeting for projects. Track project progress according to milestones and goals, and manage possible risks. to ensure quality assurance in the software engineering process. Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate governance process. Develop and create data layouts like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps, and process flow diagrams. Responsible for tools, standards, and methodology i. e. project management templates. Delivering continuous Improvement projects within the legal and governance functions. Skills and Experience: Proven 4-8 YOE in gov. and private projects management. Building and maintaining relationships. Trustworthy / honest.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Exceptional communication skills. Accurate and precise attention to detail. PMP or related certificates are desired. Bachelor's degree in Project Management / Business Administration or any related degree. MBA is preferred. * Applicant without CV won't be reviewed
