HR Manager – Relocation to APACA well-established international healthcare provider is seeking a strategic and experienced HR professional to oversee HR operations across multiple establishments located within the same city in a developing country in Asia. This is an HR Manager/Senior BP level role. While we cannot disclose the specific country at this stage, the role requires close coordination across sites and a strong on-the-ground presence. This is a mission-critical role demanding strategic insight, agility, and the ability to manage diverse teams and shifting business needs with speed and confidence. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goalsOversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategiesManage relocation and work permit processes, legal documentation, and integration for expatriate staffEnsure compliance with local labour laws and HR best practicesUse data-driven insights to elevate performance, engagement, and team dynamicsBe a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a bridge to multicultural, cross-functional teamsChampion a diverse and inclusive workplace cultureLiaise with external partners, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies as neededLead and develop an HR team across multiple site locationsRequirements: MUST: 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or regulated environmentsMUST:
