Responsibilities of the People & Culture Associate🔹 Champion Employee Engagement & InclusionDevelop programs that celebrate diversity and encourage collaboration across all teamsLead employee feedback initiatives to listen to and act on diverse perspectivesOrganize inclusive team-building events and culture activities that bring people together🔹 Support Performance & GrowthPartner with managers and employees to set clear, achievable goals that reflect individual strengthsFacilitate regular performance reviews that emphasize development and fairnessIdentify learning needs and implement training programs with an inclusive lens🔹 Enhance Onboarding & Retention with BelongingDesign onboarding experiences that make every new hire feel welcomed and valuedCreate retention strategies that address diverse employee needs and reduce turnoverServe as a trusted advocate for employees, addressing concerns with empathy and respect🔹 Collaborate with HR & Promote EquityWork closely with our HR partners to align HR services with our goalsEnsure smooth, transparent communication between employees and HRSupport the implementation of policies that uphold fairness and complianceAbout You:

✔ Experience in HR, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, or people operations✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse groups✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field✔ A genuine passion for fostering equity, diversity, and a positive workplace culture
