Business Unit: R&DLocation: Centre Urbain NordAbout ADPADP, the global leader in payroll services and outsourced HR process management, is looking for a skilled QA engineer.MissionWithin the R&D department, as a QA, you will be responsible for ensuring product consistency and reliability, ensuring product deliverable.Qualifications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and execute the tests plan on OneService (Time, Travels, Reporting, Portal)Make product validationRequire components installation and coordinate the preparation of the test application sitesProblem determination on beta sitesCheck kits and patches to be correct and standardCheck the technical documentationMake product buildWrite the end user and installation manualsCheck product performances and design the scenarios for the technical support team that will execute and analyze the applicationMake testing automationKEY DUTIES/TASKS:Ensure that the application matches the requirements (validation)Define the product consolidation level and goodness indicatorsDrive the installation of the updates (fixing or new features)Write the reports of the test trackingReport the results of the benchmarks SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Reports to Team ManagerWill be expected to work under own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from managerRise critical situations (too much mistakes, delays) SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Good knowledge of the productsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:IT school training or experience in software development.Italian language SkillComputer literate, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent knowledge of HR domain (such as payroll, time & attendances, travel & expenses, HRM, Portal)A little about ADP: We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
