Conflicts & AML AnalystA fantastic opportunity for a Conflicts & AML Analyst to join one of London’s top-tier US law firms on a full-time, permanent basis.Salary to £70,000 + discretionary bonus Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days WFH£100 monthly employee contribution Free lunch every WednesdayLiverpool Street location Reporting to the Director of Conflicts Services (global) and COLP & MLRO (UK), the Conflicts & AML Analyst will assist with conflicts searching and AML clearances associated with new business intake, lateral hires, and business development across the firm.Key Responsibilities of the Conflicts & AML Analyst:Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of actual and potential conflicts of interest relating to new business, lateral hires, and Business Development initiatives.Liaise with Partners, Associates, Conflicts Attorneys, the Director of Conflicts, and the General Counsel’s Office to ensure timely conflict clearance and approval.Utilise conflict search and reporting tools to identify and communicate potential conflicts to relevant lawyers and firm personnel.Prepare and distribute conflict and related reports across all levels of the firm.Assist with Know Your Client (KYC) processes, including due diligence research, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media checks, and other compliance reviews under the Money Laundering Regulations.Skills & Requirements of the Conflicts & AML Analyst:2+ years of demonstrated legal conflicts of interest and AML researching, identification, and resolution experience in the Business Acceptance Department of a major law firm.Experience with InTapp Open/Conflicts and LegalKey highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to research corporate ownership through public sources and related software like Capital IQ preferred. Experience with lateral conflicts clearances a plus.
