Connexus are delighted to be supporting one of our clients in the Education space who are looking to hire a Business Development Manager. You’ll join a high-impact team that works with some of Ireland’s most ambitious companies, helping them develop leaders through world-class executive education programmes. This position reports to their Commercial Director and is hybrid from an office in South Dublin. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the client journey - from first contact to signed proposal and long-term partnership. Identify and win new business across sectors, while nurturing and growing existing client accounts.
Engage at C-suite level to understand strategic challenges and match them with high-impact learning solutions. Collaborate internally with learning designers and faculty to create tailored, results-focused education proposals. Stay sharp - keep on top of market trends, competitor offerings and evolving client needs. Skills/Experience Required: 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or consultative client engagement, ideally in the education or professional services space. Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and the ability to understand clients' needs to then provide tailored solutions.
