Consolidation and General Ledger Officer - SCG Decor (Don Mueang)

Responsibilities:Review and verify the correctness and completeness of general ledger entries and prepare necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and timely financial closingPrepare financial statements and notes to financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, group company policies and relevant regulationsPrepare supporting details for financial statements and other relevant information to facilitate the audit processPrepare financial statement analysis report and other assigned management reports for presentation to executive managementProvide tax guidance and support to internal teams to ensure the correctness of classification and treatment of transactions, and coordinate tax declarations and responses to tax authorities as neededCoordinate with internal audit and external parties such as auditor and revenue departmentIdentify opportunities to improve accounting closing processes and other relevant tasks to enhance team efficiency and ensure accurate and timely financial reportingSupervise and monitor the preparation process of financial reports by overseas subsidiaries to ensure alignment with accounting standards, group company policies and relevant regulationsQualification:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or related roles (experience in a manufacturing business or audit firm is a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support financial reporting and issue identificationResilience and time management skills to handle work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlinesProactive and eager to learn with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred)Effective communication and presentation skillsAble to communicate effectively in English for work purposes (TOEIC score of 550 or above)Be able to work at SCG Decor (Don Mueang), Bangkok.
