Construction Associate (0–3 PQE, Dublin)A leading international law firm is seeking to recruit a Construction Associate to join its growing Dublin-based Construction & Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of Ireland’s largest and most complex projects, while also gaining exposure to international work.The RoleAs part of the team, you’ll advise clients across construction, infrastructure, energy and procurement – on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues in Real Estate, Banking, and Corporate on the construction aspects of major deals and transactions.Key Responsibilities:Advising on project procurement, contract negotiation, project management, and claims (including EOT and related disputes)Drafting and negotiating key construction contracts and ancillary agreements (RIAI, NEC, design appointments, etc.)Working with a diverse client base including developers, contractors, and fundersExposure to both Irish and international construction projectsThe Ideal Candidate:0–3 years PQE in construction, infrastructure, or projects (in practice or in-house)Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with an understanding of market requirementsExperience advising clients throughout the lifecycle of a projectExcellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship skillsAmbitious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a high-performing, supportive teamWhy This Role?This is a unique chance to join a collaborative and ambitious team, gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects, and benefit from real opportunities for career growth and progression.
